Domaine Clau de Nell

Clau de Nell is a singular and emotionally resonant estate in the Anjou region of the Loire Valley, renowned for its profound, terroir‑driven wines and uncompromising biodynamic philosophy. Nestled on limestone and tuffeau soils, the domaine produces wines of remarkable purity and finesse, with a particular focus on Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, and Chenin Blanc.

Revived in 2008 by Anne‑Claude Leflaive, the legendary Burgundian vigneronne behind Domaine Leflaive, alongside her husband Christian Jacques, Clau de Nell embraces strict biodynamic practices, emphasizing soil vitality, biodiversity, and minimal intervention in the cellar.
