Cellier des Dames

Cellier des Dames is a boutique Burgundian micro‑négociant project dedicated to celebrating the historic women who shaped the vineyards and legacy of Burgundy. Created by Southern France négociants Hecht & Bannier, the project draws inspiration from the great Dames de Bourgogne—figures whose influence quietly defined the region’s terroirs, climats, and traditions.

Working with carefully selected parcels in the Côte Chalonnaise, including Mercurey, Givry, and Rully, Cellier des Dames crafts small‑production wines rooted in precision, balance, and respect for place. Each cuvée is named after one of these historic women, linking terroir, heritage, and storytelling.

The wines combine classic Burgundian finesse with a contemporary sensibility, offering expressive, elegant profiles that faithfully reflect their appellations while remaining accessible and refined.
